There are no feature gates between plans — larger fleets simply pay less per vehicle.
Annual billing charges 10 months for 12 — approximately 2 months free. For example, USD 4.99/month becomes USD 4.15/month when billed annually. The setup fee is also waived on annual plans.

Your per-vehicle rate automatically improves. Cross 15 vehicles and every vehicle moves to the Plan 2 rate; cross 50 and everything moves to Plan 3. You never pay two rates at once.
Prices are reviewed annually, but existing subscribers keep their signed rate for the duration of their billing term. You'll always know before anything changes.
Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for. Your data is always yours — every list in the system exports to Excel.
